SURPRISE!

i should clue into mark, because he has done this to me about 3 times. Here are the clues...see if you can guess what is going to happen....

Mark comes home early from work...about 5:30 pm
Mark: i am getting in the shower
Jill: why?
Mark: 'cause i didn't shower this morning
Jill: (thinking to herself)...that is strange we aren't going anywhere and you don't usually do that. i thought we could have leftovers for dinner tonight.
Mark: maybe we could run down to quiznos for a sandwich
Jill: okay, addison will be happy with that
Mark: are you going to take a shower soon?
Jill: no....i go downstairs to talk with addison and aubrey who are doing a puzzle
Mark: screaming for me......
Jill: what?
....here it comes...the point where i never clue in so he has to tell me moment....
Mark: since you're not going to shower, then i need to tell you that we are going to dinner with steve and becky and scott and amy harmer
Jill: when?
Mark: at 6:30 pm at kyoto's
Jill: ugh! guess i better shower i only have half an hour
SURPRISE!

this is where he gets me every year for my birthday. he arranges to go to dinner with friends and doesn't tell me until i have half an hour to get ready. gotta love him for it!!!
