Here it is…..the LONGEST day of the year!
How did I use the extra daylight hours? Well…..
I went and conquered a mountain on my bike.
I have been wanting to do the trail called Jacob’s Ladder. It is kind of sketchy in parts on the way down, but I did it! Amy Harmer and I both conquered some feats today on the mountain, which makes the ride that much sweeter. Plus, you get a beautiful view from the top!

I came home with lots of confidence and drive, so I decided to clean out the side driveway where we keep the Four Wheeler trailer and crap…I mean stuff. you should have seen it before! Pat myself on the back! I make this space look good!
I still have lots of daylight left, so I will make the most of it by going shopping for some more cute material and grocery shopping. Then home to work on more camp stuff and end the afternoon with a good book and nap while waiting for Mark to come home from the YM’s Duty to God Camp in Zion’s.
All in all…..it was a great longest day of the year!
