okay, so apparently every friday for the past 3 weeks my phone has called ashley when i am at addison's game. i call her or text her asking what she needs and she replies by saying i called her first. it is like the commercial where the girl says to her boyfriend...'your butt is calling me again'. that is my phone with ashley.
well, it doesn't end there....today while carrying mark's birthday present into the house my pocket made a call again. not to ashley, but to someone more serious! my pocket call 9-1-1! when i realized this, i hung up and a couple of minutes later the sandy police department called to see if i was in need of help. i was very embarrassed and told her what had happened. her reply...."it's okay. it happens everyday, all day long. are you sure you don't need some fire, police, or medical help? and can i get your name?" no, i don't need help and yes you can have my name. ugh! my pocket needs to quit calling people!
ashley dared people to go green, yesterday on her blog. ash....i went green! i made 4 loaves of bread. yum!!! i love homemade bread! especially right out of the oven....double yum!
quote of the day...
to mothers, daughters, and women everywhere, let me stress the fact that because of your great potential and influence for good in the loves of all of us, Satan is determined to destroy you. you cannot compromise with him. you must have the courage, the strength, the desire, and the determination to live as the Lord would have you live--good clean lives. girls keep yourselves virtuous and worthy of a fine young man who has likewise kept himself clean, so that together you can to to the house of the Lord to be sealed in the holy bonds of matrimony for time and all eternity, and prepare a home where God will be pleased to send his spirit children" (Conference Report, Oct. 1973, p 126; or Ensign, Jan. 1974, p 8) Pres. N. Eldon Tanner
